After last year’s great success and fun, the Iceland Volcano Marathon is back again!
Albatros Adventure Marathons in cooperation with Nonni Travel hosts this exciting Marathon opportunity through the bizarre natures of Myvatn area.
Race Date: 10 of September 2022
Distances: Marathon, Half Marathon & Quarter Marathon
Characteristics: Small, intimate race with Marathon enthusiasts from about 15 countries (100-130 runners expected), carefully chosen, diverse trail through the volcanic landscape of Mývatn including Dimmuborgir and Hverfjall crater as a highlight
