This guided tour around the island of Vágoy is a must do day tour for all photography enthusiasts and nature lovers! in only 5 hours, you´ll visit Leitisvatn, see the amazing Tindhólmur and Drangarnir and of course the most spectacular waterfall in the Faroe Islands: Múlafossur in Gásadalur.

Itinerary
After leaving Tórshavn the journey takes us by the old mountain road towards Vágoy and on the way, we will make two photo stops were we can see the island of Koltur and the only prison in the Faroe Islands. We drive through the first subsea tunnel that was finished in 2002 and are now on the island of Vágoy. We drive across the whole island to the village of Gásadalur, were the famous waterfall, Múlafossur is located. We will leave the bus and walk around the village, where there will be several photo opportunities. We will visit the villages of Gásadalur, Bøur and Sandavágur and on the way we will make various photo stops, including the islet Tindhólmur and Drangarnir, which are becoming more and more famous everyday around the world. When we have visited all the villages we will head back to Tórshavn and the driver will take another route back, to make sure you will see as much as possible.

Arrive in Kollafjørð for coffee
Begin the journey to Skæling for a photo stop
Arrive at Skælingur for a 20min stop
Drive to and through the subsea tunnel
Arrive in the village of Sandavágur, were we will make a stop to see some historical remains.
Arrive at Leitisvatn and see the statue of “Nykur”, a mythical faroes figure
Arrive at the village of Bøur, were you will get the opportunity to walk around the village and see the amazing views of Tindholmur and Drangarnir.
back on the bus and drive to the village of Gásadalur, were we will have a packed lunch and beverages.
A short walk to Múlafossur, the most well known waterfall in the Faroe islands.
The buss departs for the capital of Tórshavn, and takes a different route back
